One of the many times that i have had to persuade my mom to take me some where was after tennis practice on a very hot day. I wanted to go get get I icey at burger king. My mom wanted me to start my homework. So I explained to her that it was exceptionally hot on the courts that day and if I were to not have a cold iced beverage some time in the very soon that i would not be able to do said homework. Her reply was that we have cold drinks at home and that she did not want to waist her time gas or money going out of her way to burger king when if she could go strait home. I told her that it couldn't be just any cold drink but that it had to be a cherry slushy. I also made a point to ask if it really a waist of time gas or money to bring me her youngest daughter a small bit of happiness va drive though. End result I got my slushy.

Megan is even there in bad times. Just recently my best friend since 5th grade has started being really mean i didn't know why. She would ignore me and make jokes at my expense, later I found out that she was talking about me with other people. Megan was always their for me though all of this. She never picked a side like some other friends of mine. Stayed neutral and friends with both of us and helped us move past our problems to be friends again. I know that Megan had go go thought great length to do all this but she did it to help me.

The first time i meat Magen was in the fifth grade. I was the new kid so no one liked me. She was the only person the in my class that was nice to me. The other kid in my class were either mean are didn't talk to me outside of class. On day I was at lunch sitting with 4th graders and some of the boys started to make fun of me for not eating with kind from my own class. Magen, who was friends with the boys, came over and started to defend me. She asked me to sit with her and her friends at lunch from that day on. She invited me to her birthday party. Magen always made sure that I was included everyone and was delicate with peoples feeling.
